The Fountains at Lindenwoods are looking for an experienced, dedicated and hardworking groundskeeper to maintain the overall upkeep of our exterior image. Must be willing to start immediately.

Job Requirements:
-Keep property, leasing office, landscaping clean by inspecting property each morning and periodically throughout the day picking up any trash from the grounds.
-Deliver notices and fliers to residents as needed
-Replace light bulbs in common areas and breezeways
-Make sure breezeways are neat and clean, swept free of all leaves and trash
-Assist with apartment make-readies as requested--trash vacant units, caulk, check appliances and smoke detectors, replace parts, etc.
-Clean pool area--hose down area, pick up trash, straighten chairs, etc. (knowledge of pool chemicals is a plus!)
-Other duties as assigned
