I'm a single guy, no kids or pets, with a modern home and busy job. I'm looking to hire someone a couple days a month to help out with house work, minor projects, and errands.
Cleaning & Laundry, making runs to pick stuff up from HD, IKEA, Grocery, Liquor store, etc. But also willing to help with errands.
I'd like to hire per day, and basically keep a to-do list in Google Docs and you review that the day prior, make any stops you need to before arriving, stay busy for 4 or 8 hours (w/ breaks), depending on what works for you, and leave a list of what you got done.
I'd work side by side with you at least the first few times, to help orient you to various tasks.

I will pay for or reimburse all consumables and equipment necessary, in addition to your compensation. You'd also be welcome to have meals from my groceries if your duties include restocking.
I intend to choose provider no sooner than Aug 20th, and no later than Sept 5th.
I want you to be happy with your earnings, but I can't afford >$200/220max per.
