My name is Jim.
I have over 19 years of experience working formal and informal private parties and corporate events. My experience comes from companies that staff private clients and caterers all over the city, in every imaginable venue.
-As a professional, I take care of you and your guests while you relax and actually get to ENJOY your own party... Then I do all the clean up! I am very comfortable serving in homes, for dinner parties, birthday parties, all holidays... For larger parties I do have colleagues to work with who have the same background and work ethics as I.
I am B.A.S.S.E.T. Certified.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
1) Bartender. -You supply the liquor.
~ I tend bar very well when busy, and can easily tend for 40-55 guests.
2) Kitchen help. -I am not a chef, but I can certainly help you cook/prep for your party. I've worked in food service for many years, and I'm an artist, so I can easily apply my creativity in your kitchen.
3) Maintenance -Keep your guest areas, buffet, kitchen, etc. free of waste, dirty glassware, spills... bad guests? ... ?
-I keep the house maintained throughout the evening - whenever my bar is slow, and as the party winds down I continue the clean-up/close-down process.
4) Server.
Formal service for dinner parties. I certainly have my more serious side, yes!
When you have rather high-profile guests, I can give them the style of service they are accustomed to.
I've had the pleasure of serving Barack Obama [before he was our President], I've bartended for Gary Sinese, Ed Bagely, Jr. and Sting, among others. -I will gladly give your guests that level of attention.
5) Clean-up. -- - The best part for you!
- You are free to relax, watch the game you just recorded, or go draw your bubble bath ... ~
Most of my clients are repeat customers and will gladly give references upon request.
My common "uniforms" include anything from a Full Tuxedo for formal events, to wearing theme clothes for say, a Caribbean theme party. -Your call. (I even worked in 'drag' once, so it's pretty open!)
I do keep competitive rates for my level of service, and I'd like the opportunity to prove my abilities to you at your next event.
* PLEASE NOTE:
I do not drive. - If you are in the suburbs , transit options might limit me, but if a second staff person is needed, I would choose one that drives.
