Our nationally ranked Hyatt Place is hiring for a full time Gallery Host.
Shifts will vary from mornings, typically 6:30am - 3pm and evening shifts, typically from 2:30pm -11pm. You must have an open schedule and be willing to work all weekdays, weekends and holidays.
Brief description of the position:
Assist guests in all areas of the gallery -- check-ins, check-outs, billing questions, serving beer, wine and spirits, making espresso drinks, making food, cleaning, serving breakfast, driving the shuttle, setting up and preparing F&B for meeting space, etc.
- great communication and organizational skills are required
- proficient computer skills and prior customer service experience are a plus
- previous hotel experience is preferred but not required
- good driving record
- background check and drug testing required
