I'm a 21 year old guitar player who lives in Gresham, OR. I've been playing since i was about 14. I have a lot of experience playing in bands, performing live, and I've recorded two albums. I am looking to form a new band, play some gigs, do some recording, go on tour, all that shit.

Some of my influences include Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith, The Black Crowes, The Beatles, The Rolling Stones, Jimi Hendrix, Eric Clapton, UFO, Thin Lizzy, Montrose, Ted Nugent, Deep Purple, Black Sabbath, Mountain, Free, Bad Company, The Stooges, MC5, The Clash, The Ramones, Sex Pistols, The Damned, Motorhead, Diamond Head, Iron Maiden, Cinderella, Motley Crue, Tesla, Guns N Roses, Mother Love Bone, Pearl Jam, Temple of the Dog,Alice in Chians, etc etc.

I would like my next project to be something along the lines of 70's and 80's Hard Rock/Metal/Blues-Rock. Ideally I would want it to be a four piece band. People who are relatively close to my age. No drama and no egos. I have posted a couple of ads over the past month or so but i haven't had much luck finding people. Craigslist isn't exactly the best place to find the right people to start a band with.

One more thing I'd like to point out is that I don't read music. I play by ear or by watching others play. I don't have my own form of transportation right now but we can use my house as a practice space if you are willing to travel.
