Hey all. I've been playing guitar for 15 years now. I started playing in punk bands, moved on to rock and blues, and studied jazz for 5 years at Portland State and graduated with BM in jazz performance focusing on guitar. I'm looking for established groups or paying gigs that will get me out playing guitar more. I'm really into the jam scene, and some of my favorite bands are Umphrey's Mcgee, Phish, Lotus, New Deal, Dopapod. I'm also into all kinds of music and don't need to always take 20 minute guitar solos :). I can play pretty much anything that's put in front of me and can read notation and charts too if that is required. I have good gear, and reliable transportation. Hit me up if you're interested.
