QR Code Link to This Post Hello and thanks for looking! Looking for bands, cohorts, fellow trouble makers, and musical projects to collaborate with. You MUST play with fever....fire. No over the top theatrics are required, but I'm looking to play with people who have swagger and presence. Rock, Metal, Punk, Funk, Pop....you name it....I'm your guy! Or...I may be interested in joining an already existing band as a guitarist/singer/songwriter/producer. I'm 36 years old, have a degree from Columbia College in Audio Arts/Music, have been playing and writing music since I was 5 years old, have eclectic taste in music and love all kinds of it, have taught music privately, not only play guitar but also sing/play bass/drums, own and run an audio mastering service, have pro gear/look, have endorsements, and have owned commercial recording studios. I tell you this all up front because I want you to know that I love everything music and am serious about it and the arts in general. This is not a hobby or phase I'm going through, but rather a lifestyle at this point. I have made LOTS of sacrifices to keep myself an integral part of the Chicago music scene...I've released albums and gigged up a storm with a band I formed years back. I have a body of music we can use and add to. I want to once again surround myself with other like minded people. I have lots of experience and love sharing it with others. I also love learning. If you're aged 18 to late 30's, you know that life also holds other responsibilities. I love rock, metal, and pop the most so I won't bore you with what hip hop, soul, R&B, classical, and country I like...yep...I like those too. My rock band favorites include The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Jimi Hendrix, Motorhead, Smashing Pumpkins, Alice in Chains, Soundgarden, Janes Addiction, Porno for Pyros, Jackyl, Faith No More, Motley Crue, Clutch...you see where I'm going with this. Yes...I like me some oldies...and some new stuff too. I have some connections to some big artists as well, but that's another story for a different time to be shared with whoever I decide to collaborate with. Hit me with what you're up to and let's see what madness we can cook up! Not really looking for folks who just play guitar...I already do that. Would love to do harmonies with a vocalist/songwriter. Please only respond to this ad if you're going to point me to a web link or send me an MP3 file in it so I can hear you.
