Our real estate company is looking for someone to do
small to medium jobs for our rental properties.

The types of jobs would be things like fixing doors,
faucet leaks, installing lights, patching drywall, painting, etc.

We also want someone who can do the full turnover
when a tenant leaves so that the unit is ready for a new occupant.

You will be paid by the job and not by the hour.

We are especially looking for someone willing to do
occasional emergency work at night or on weekends.

MHIC license is optional, but would put you ahead of others.

You will get paid as soon as the work is done and
we can keep you as busy as you want to be.
