put a few planks down for subfloor
drywall repair and skim coating
install some lighting (wires there, just need box put in and wired up)
install some interior doors
swap a window
and maybe a few other miscellaneous things
please quote me your hourly rate and when you are available to start. also pictures of previous jobs will help. i have every tool you will need also, so if youre missing something, you won't have to buy it.
