I am a property manager from out of town looking for a local handyman to help with one rental property.
Duties would include
Showing potential tenants the property
Getting/giving keys to tenants
making sure home was ready for move in
placing for rent sign
plus once place is rented completing any necessary repair jobs
looking to pay and hourly wage around $16 hr, but willing to negotiate other pay rate.
