Have you experienced a traumatic life event? If so, Teachers College Columbia University is looking for volunteers to participate in a brief survey of lifestyle and health.
Participation in this study is anonymous. It requires you to complete a brief two-part online survey, which will ask you questions relating to your lifestyle, feelings, and health. Participants completing the survey will be entered into a raffle to win a $50 VISA Gift Card. There is a 1 in 25 chance of winning $50.
