As the co-founder of Los Angeles- and New Orleans-based Autonomous FX, Jason Collins is a recognized expert in the design and application of special FX makeup, character designs and animal effects. With credits ranging from Terminator Salvation to Abraham Lincoln: Vampire Hunter, he is a specialist in the creation of special effects appliances that are both realistic and flawless.
In this workshop, sponsored by Colour Box Makeup Studios, Jason teaches the design and application of bald caps and related appliances that are invisible to the camera and the naked eye. This two-day course equips artists with:
