I'm driving to visit the family in the Bay Area and am looking for someone to help with gas and driving. I can take up to three people if you don't have a lot of bags. I have a 2013 Chevy Malibu and would like to push through and switch off sleeping and driving.

Ride the whole way or part way...

I'm a retired military officer and like conversation and good personal hygiene. There is no smoking in the car, don't bring any drugs (and we're not stopping in Colorado for any) and I'm not taking your pet dog, cat, ferret or aardvark. We will find room for musical instruments or an extra duffle bag if you're military.

Political debate is welcome (be warned I'm a liberal) and so is most music. I'll be returning, too, so there is a possible round.
