Interested in how psychological factors are related to physical health? Researchers at Chapman University are conducting a study looking at how psychological well-being is connected with physical health. We are looking for individuals who:

* are 40 years old and older
* do not have any chronic diseases (e.g., high blood pressure)
* do not have food allergies or eating restrictions
* are English speakers

The study will last no more than three hours, but takes place across seven weeks. You will be asked to complete questionnaires online four times and visit a Chapman laboratory once.
