For about 42 years my brother, Joseph, has been the caregiver for our mother, Barbara. Unable to care for herself due from several complications relating to the various operations she had to undergo, leg amputations, and a stroke. Unfortunately, Joseph did not look after his own health and began to undergo heart problems and high blood pressure. After several years of caring for our mother, she passed away on June 25, 2014, so it's almost been a year since we lost her. Once she passed Joseph moved and got a sleeping room and the family has helped with paying for it. He has applied for disability and is waiting for his benefits. So he has no money and nowhere to live basically now. Joesph has a good heart and done the right thing taking care of our mom. I wish with all of mine I could do more, but I am at a point where I don't know what to do. I am asking for his rent for this next month from anyone who might read this and have compassion in their hearts. I am just going to take it month to month and try and help him as best as I can. It's the hardest thing to watch a parent suffer like we did our month, and during the grieving process to also worry of those left here it sometimes feels to much. My mom had a heart of gold and helped so many. I somehow hope in my heart maybe she is looking down and will send a angel to help us with this one. So if you could please help. I so appreciate it.
