HELP ME STAY IN COLLEGE Student w Large SUV 4 MovesTransport (Boston amp Surrounding Areas)
Greetings and Happy Summer !!
I attend school here in Boston, for two years I have operated "Collegiate Carriages", I assist all kinds 'o folk including nervous moms, international arrivals and the most eclectic, brilliant, & startling students with the pain in the neck of moving.
I have strapping, blankets, rope and other normal people tools on hand. I have done this in the past, I have references I can forward from others that have utilized my services.
Things I've done in the past include:
• Moving studio & 1 bedroom apartments
• Moving single pieces of both valuable and some just bulky furniture
• Craigslist purchases w/ pickup from seller and delivery to you the buyer
• Shipping, Packing and Moving Planning Services
• Personal Assistant / Gopher duties for local professionals
• Numerous Co-habitations in / out
• Student Dorm Move Ins / Outs
I've found that $60/hour and $2/mile (according to GPS for jobs needing labor & transport) with a minimum of 1 hour is reasonable in comparison to other vendors.
(**please note due to the volume of student moving and the planning involved during the week of Aug 28th through Sept 3, all moves will be billed @ $100/hr + $2/mile)
This includes myself and the truck with the expectation of the client being that they will assist in moving items requiring two people.
My vehicle is maintained & cleaned between each move - comfy seating, heat, Air Conditioning and 4 Wheel -Drive ensure temps and weather are not an issue. The interior measures 33" tall X60" long X44" wide. Please take a moment and look at my pictures to decide if my vehicle is right for you, I am logistically inclined- but I will also tell you honestly if I am not the appropriate vendor for your moving needs.
