Requirements:
Once you have completed your initial orientation and training, you will be assigned to a territory that we will have already investigated that has been affected by the storm. You will meet with home owners to offer a free inspection of their property and educate them on the insurance process and what services we provide. The home owner will sign an agreement permitting Restore Masters to do the work that is needed and covered by their insurance.
Scout and canvas potential storm damaged areas
Door-to-Door speaking with home owners
Complete inspections of roofs and uploading pictures into our application
Educate home owners of insurance coverage
Go over contract permitting work and acquire signature.
Contact with home owner before, during and after completion of job.
Qualification:
Loves to be outside speaking with people
Ability to accept rejection and still walk away with a smile
Self motivated and driven
Professional and polite
Ability to learn about insurance coverages/claims
Able to lift extension ladder (about 25 lbs.)
Must have own transportation and smartphone
Construction/roofing experience is helpful, but not necessary.
