I am a real estate investor, i buy homes and remodel them.!,looking for workers who have knowledge in all or some drywall,painting,hanging doors and bi folds, framing, tile work, laying floors light electric such as switching out outlets, switches, lights and ceiling fans. Light plumbing such as installin sinks, vanitys,faucets,toilets etc..Must have tools.starting $15-$20 hourly for lead worker and $10-$12 hourly for helper. Or you can do entire house by piece work.piece work will be calculated at $20-25 hourly per job. Example : R&R a front door frame and all. Restucco it and install door molding should take 2-3 hours. Scope will show $40-75 for that. But keep in mind u will piece work entire house. Must be reliable and drug free.If ur a drinker,dont bother calling me.must have all tools,Only seeking workers who LIVE IN PALM BEACH.! All the work is in 561. Need workers now ! Must speak english!
