We need the below items completed prior to 24 October 2015. Here are the requirements we are seeking in a Contractor:
- must be fully licensed and insured - same for any sub-contractors you use - license and insurance documentation must be provided at time of quote; Class A Contractor preferred
- must take a VISA Card or PayPal as payment
- work must be done by 24 October - don't quote it if you cannot meet the deadline
- must be experienced in flooring installation and other home renovation items noted below
- this is a rental property and tenant is living in home
- environment is NO smoking, cursing, drugs, or alcohol - PROFESSIONALS ONLY
- must have references of your work in these types of projects and pictures - website is a plus
Home Projects Needed
• Install new base boards (approx 3.5 inch) a total of approximately 200 ft in hallway, dining room, kitchen, laundry room and bathroom -- washer and dryer will need moved during drywall and baseboard/molding repairs and reset/re-connected
• Install interior door trim (must match new baseboard) - white in color on downstairs bathroom door; approximately 24 ft
• Install cabinet toe kicks in kitchen -- approximately 20 ft
• Re-install 1 existing bi-fold door on Pantry
• Purchase from Lowes and install 2 new bi-fold doors (white in color) on Laundry Room -- wooden doors with decorative panel style inlay and knobs. I just installed 2 brand new doors 2 weeks prior to damage and they are $95 each at Lowes -- Contractor to measure opening to ensure proper fit and charge $190 materials + labor costs
• Remove carpet tack strips and all tack strip nails in Dining Room ( room has concrete sub-floor)
• Replace ½ inch drywall on 3 walls utility in Laundry Room -- 4' from floor to top of new drywall; tape, mud, and sand smooth areas where new drywall meets existing
• caulking, painting all new baseboards (single coat), 3 bi-fold doors(single coat on exterior side only), and all utility room walls floor to ceiling but not ceiling (2 coats), -- Brilliant white color -- Valspar Signature -- Paint and Primer
Laminate Flooring Project
1. Remove existing laminate flooring in Living room approximately 16x10 (living room), entryway (5x5) and small closet(4x5) -- all other flooring has been removed
3. Moving large furniture around during flooring renovation in Living Room Area and Kitchen Area. Renter will move small delicate items -- contractor only responsible for items such as couch, chair, table, stove/fridge etc. when installing the flooring and to place back into once flooring is installed. Items to be kept on premise during flooring -- no external placement required.

5. Removal and discard of all renovation spoils upon completion of the work; or daily if necessary to maintain visual integrity of the home. No on-site disposal is permitted and no "piling" of materials is allowed by the Homeowner's Association.
