Private Barn. There is a big 100'x200' arena and a 50' round pen. Both have lights. There are barn stalls 20x20. We feed 2 times. We clean daily. We have a wash rack and tack room. We have plenty of City of Scottsdale trails right here. A mile away is Browns ranch which with miles and miles of trails.
