We are looking for Custodians who has experience with floor care which includes using an auto floor scrubbers, buffers and propane burnishers and also power washing of sidewalks and buildings.

Applicant must have at least 3 years janitorial experience
Must have own transportation and willing to travel
Must be available in the evenings and some early morning hours
Must be able to pass a background check

We are also looking for experienced house cleaning maids to do vacant apartments and homes.
