My wife is recovering from being sick, she is almost better, but during this time cleaning was not a big priority so things got a bit messy around the apartment.
We need someone to help thoroughly deep clean and dispose of trash. It's in a small one bedroom apartment. Lots of scrubbing is needed, including places like the floor and under the refrigerator.The apt needs cleaned in places like under the sink, in cabinets, spot clean walls, steam mop, clean showers and whatever grime present etc.
I want some of the things set outside while the cleaning is being done.There's only a few heavy things that I can help with.
I need things organized and stored in bins, I want some things stored outside. I need help to get rid of the clutter as well and there's a fair amount of it, but not a huge amount. Again its a small place and shouldn't be that hard.
The kitchen is very small (no oven or toilet cleaning needed)
There's also an optional small amount of painting and putting together a TV stand and various other things.
Call me and give me your bid. Bid on what it would take to do the cleaning job for us. About $200 seems about what I estimate to be a fair price. But we can negotiate depending on how much time it takes and how much is done. I assume you will be making $20 an hour or more. Your welcome to bring someone to help.
