The biggest mistake I made was to hire him at a total of $500 for parts & labor. His "repairs" lasted 4 days - he rarely answers phone calls but when he does he makes lots of promises about when he will return - he returned once to say my furnace was the real problem, not my heat pump - he initially said the heat pump was the problem. He wanted additional money (part of the $500) to buy parts. CHRIS HICKS has never returned. His promises are all lies. I am a senior citizen of 71. I have filed a complaint with the IN Attorney General's office & I am working on securing the services of a pro-bono attorney to try to get my $500 back & put CHRIS HICKS out of business.
