HVAC Tech

Hello, well as the title says I'm looking to pick up some side work, maybe even a full time tech for anyone that is in need. Right now I do work for a small HVAC company. Not getting the hours I would like and seeking some extra supplemental income. Well, to start I've been in this trade for almost 6 years. Majority of that time I was mainly Installer. Past year or so, I have been also doing the service tech portion of the trade. Yes, I am no veteran, but I am far from rookie status. Ive installed every type of heater there is, excluding geo-thermal. I can install Gas, oil, heat pump, I can also convert whatever you have to whatever you would like. I also remove oil tanks, inside and outside, or buried. I can even do little things like install a UV light, run a new lineset, oil heater cleanings, add/remove humidifiers. Yes they make humidifiers that attach right to your heater. I do duct work. I also install gas lines, black iron or gastite. Every joint and fitting triple checked for leakage. I take gas lines very seriously. DpL knows my main employer and if they could recommend people they would highly recommend me. Ive installed well over 200 heaters/Ac's. I started keeping a photo resume the past year or so, so I can supply pics if wanted. I do not charge obscene amounts to do the job, and I can get you supply house prices on equipment and materials. I supply any and all receipts for anything purchased. I am very trustworthy. If it needs inspection or a permit, I can get that done as well. That does cost money to get those done but like I said I will supply all paperwork. Any new install I will also give free PM,s (preventive maintenance) for 1 year. Each quarter I will return to give cleaning and checkup. Im sorry for such a long post. If your in need of someone that takes pride in his work and loves his job. Yea I know love and job in same sentence. Lol. Dont hesitate to call. And do not think you cant afford my service. I can also work out payment plans for the elderly on fixed incomes. Again, call or text, if past 9pm, text. Thanks for your time. Joe

Edit..Its now summer season, so if that a/c isn't cooling like it used to. Call me. I can add some refrigerant if needed. R22 is 75 bucks every 1lb. I also will try and locate leaks. New on the market is a leak seal additive that will seal small leaks. $99. A coil and condensor direct changeouts I'm doing for 650. You pay for materials. I get all materials and units for supply house price. All come with warrantys. If heater is added labor comes to even grand. You won't find much lower during this season. All companies will begin their price gouging very soon. I'll put my work up against any of those big name companies. I will supply pics upon Email request. I have been keeping pics of all my installs over the past few.
