This is an opportunity to add an emotionally gripping video to your portfolio while helping restore a young woman's life. I'm looking for someone who wants to grow their portfolio. Someone who is interested in thyroid disease or hormonal issues or postpartum health issues or emotional, verbal, and narcissistic abuse and strength in spite of unbelievable odds who would like to contribute their talents.
You would be helping to educate others on the reality of postpartum thyroid disease and postpartum complications and the reality of the medical system and the tragedies that can happen when a young mom has no emotional support. Most importantly, you would be helping to restore one young single mom's life.
Five years ago, I was starting the greatest journey of my life.... motherhood. And like many other creative souls, finally, after years of inner growth and changing and overcoming and struggling, I was living my dreams....pursuing my talents...writing and acting....beginning to do them professionally and getting paid for doing what made me feel alive! I found the love of my life, my best friend for years, and we were talking about marriage.... Every day felt like a miracle....now five years later, I've been homeless due to abuse and my postpartum health issues, something I never imagined I'd ever be, and at 31 years old, mistaken for a 21 year old merely six years ago, I now look like a 60 year old, due to early preventable perimenopause caused by postpartum complications.....
I need to create a short video or documentary to attract attention to my need for crucial medical treatment (I'm in early perimenopause at 31 years old, caused by postpartum health complications, but the only doctors I have access to deny or don't understand my health issues or how to treat them.) which I need someone to creatively edit and film. I need to get my story out there as an attempt to save my health before its too late.
We are just beginning to bring much needed awareness to thyroid disease, which can and is destroying so many lives, largely because of the lack of knowledge in our medical community. I want to use all I've learned about it and my contacts in the thyroid community to produce a powerful video. I need help putting it together due to my communication difficulties and such from my health issues. My hope is that something positive can come out of my experience and prevent this from ever happening to another woman. I want to bring about change and awareness. I want to inspire people to think and pay closer attention to the new moms in their life. As a young mom of a young child, my biggest hearts desire is to save my health so I can be the whole mom I want to be. One of my dreams is that a plastic surgeon will see my video and offer to restore my appearance so my life and dreams can be restored. The only way I can venture outside in public is with sunglasses to hide the premature aging I've experienced. My appearance makes it very hard to model the self esteem I want my daughter to have. I deeply want to teach my daughter that dreams are possible and to pursue hers but the only way I can do that is by getting back the ability to pursue my own. I believe big things are possible.....which is why I posted this ad.....I can't give up. I'm not content teaching my daughter how to survive......I won't give up fighting for the opportunity to show her how to LIVE.....
