I'm thinking about setting up a record label . . .and I need someone to act as management and A&R for my hip hop label . . .For now, there is no pay . .I'm just finding new talent and working on getting good promotion and advertising . .but when I get the company DBA and sign the first three artist . .I'll pay between $25,000 to $30,000 a year (with a 3% stake in profits per quarter . . .).
