we have 2 special needs born forever blind that i raised as orphan pups- we would like to love and care for another born forever blind small breed puppy. our home of 38 years is set up for their special needs .. i am a retired vet ass t and have 40 years in animal rescue and now is a stay at home mom for the dogs. so if anybody knows of a special needs born forever blind small breed puppy please let me know. we can cover all the expenses and vet bills till puppy can leave home- puppy can have other problems -birth defects like heart murmur-limb issues,seizure disorder, etc.
