If you think it cost too much to get your grass cut, do it yourself (Gulf Coast)
Those of us who cut grass work hard to make you happy. Before you talk about whether the price is too high or not, consider these facts:
1. It cost a lot to buy lawn equipment; mowers, edgers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
2. It cost for fuel and maintenance of lawn equipment
3. We have to maintain the trailer used to haul the equipment
4. We have to maintain and fuel our vehicle that we use to pull the trailer that hauls the mowers,
edgers, trimmers, blowers, etc.
5. It cost for helpers to get the job done right. For every person working, that is a "man hour"
6. We work in extreme conditions, heat index is often over 100 degrees
7. If you think the price quoted is too high, do it yourself.
Notice that I am not soliciting for your business in this ad. I am merely trying to make you, the consumer of our services, realize that while you are in your cool house or office, we are doing work either you choose not to do or cant do. We do manual labor and there is no computer program that can take the place of the job we do..........................at least today!
