QR Code Link to This Post A Doctor Steven Sparks evaluated me at North Key Community Care, I have no history of this kind of behavior or no history of criminal Background, during this evaluation Dr. Steven Sparks did not tell me that the information I gave to him will not be kept confidential; and it will be going to the courts and he will be testifying with the information he gathers from this evaluation. ( I believe he violated a company policy here.)

Dr. Steven Sparks said," I was incompetent with" 9 disorders" that he gave no explanation of on his Medical Report. In fact Dr. Sparks states on this Medical Report that he has no idea what it is. How can he say I am incompetent when he does not even know what it is, he cannot. This shows how incompetent he is; and the service here is not responsible, competent, ethical- in him not telling the truth or trustworthy with the information he reports.

I do not have nine disorders like he states on his report, with no explanation of how he came about this conclusion. He also failed me because of my religion, which I felt I had the right to speak freely about. He played with my emotions here; mistreated my emotions here with his foul intellect of deceit. Plus he failed me to give the prosecutor an advantage in his case. If I am so incompetent like he stated in court why then did he talk with the prosecutor in private; and at the end of my case have me sign a waiver releasing him of his incompetence of him not getting the right information of a signature when he was evaluating me.
He also lied regarding getting two references from me. He said," He would have to go public to get these references"; because at first I would not give this to him, so he pressured me with going public for references. Dr. Sparks did get two references, and they were positive results from these references. Which he would not mention at all because these references prove I have no disorders at all- quite the contrary. I also passed the court evaluation with flying colors; which he never mentions at all on his medical report because he is a liar. The other sections I passed which he distorts to get his own way in court.

He also went to great lengths to talk with the other doctor about me passing a section of the evaluation, he said," I was too good in my behavior"; so he mistreated me with this information of me being too good. Dr. Steven Sparks did this with the whole evaluation in changing the passed information with bizarre statement like this one. This would lead him to stating nothing on his medical reports with misreporting information or no information. Dr. Sparks also states on his medical report if she does not cooperate we will force her into this facility.
He inflicts great pain and suffering in his evaluations as a doctor. I would not use this facility or these doctors for the reasons stated above. When I was leaving that evaluation; I looked back and Dr. Steven Sparks looked disarrayed with confusion and worry. He is a monster in.
