I will make this as short as possible. I'm in the real estate business. I consult with buyers to put big deals together. Right now I have my buyer who is on the verge of buying some of the offers that I have, however I need a short term loan from someone private (not a bank or an institution that acts like a bank) that understands what I'm doing, and has the cash to help out.
In return I will give you $2000 profit before Christmas. I'm not going to BS you, this is a risk.
I do not have strong credit nor do I have any collateral. I have one deal on the table that will net me six-figures but it is held up at the moment. I have a few other deals that I will be putting under contract this week. I need to close something out before the end of Nov, so I'm sure that I will be able to do that but this is still a risk.
I'm looking for someone who understands how hard it is to be entrepreneur and is open minded to hear what I have to say.
I would be using the loan to ensure that I have a roof over my head for the next month and half (roughly the time I need to get my deal done), as well as pay off some bills that I have now.
If you can help and you understand that this is a risk, but you're willing to entertain this, please respond. I need someone who can make a decision to help me by the end of this week. Really by Wed but the end of this week will also do.
