In Need of some Hustlers in Baltimore City (baltimore city)
I'm a real estate investor, I'm looking to buy a LOT of houses in Baltimore, and with the way I invest, I can buy houses that 95% of other investors won't touch.
This is where you come in.
I need a few hustlers to go door-to-door and find people who want sell their house, or even refer us to someone they know who wants to sell.
As far as the pay, you'll get $250 for every house you send to me that I buy. Even if it's just a referral from someone you talk to.
And if you bring me more than 10 houses per month, your pay doubles and you make $500 per house. I like to give incentive for volume.
I'll provide you with a sheet of questions to ask people that are interested in selling.
This is a serious business - I have no problem buying 30-40 houses a month. And I love paying the hustlers on my team because it means we're both making money.
Please don't waste either of our time if you're not interested in going door-to-door. This is a job for the go-getters who don't mind getting out there, talking to people and getting paid for doing work.
