My name is Oliver cairns I'm currently in search of a room or studio apt to rent for myself(single father) and my three year old son. Im currently working two jobs , I have transportation and gross approx 1200 with my primary job as a delivery driver/cook.
And will expect to Make anywhere from$ 350-400 painting various murals for a vape shop that has just re located. I have my son in daycare 6 days a week to assist with child care as I am taking on a second job. I'm not looking to rent any further than 4 miles in any direction from my work location (eastern/warm springs) I would be happy to discuss further details/shared living cost ,utilities etc.if your currently attempting to rent out a room or studio .
