I am a director living in Los Angeles. I have come to Detroit to put together my 2nd Independent Feature Film. It is low budget and minimally crewed, but I am paying and do have distribution.
The lead actress is charactered Mia Featherstone, 20's, artist. She is strong willed and not willing to subvert or minimalize her attributes, intelligence, or emotions for her family or the life around her. She casts away the dysfunctional narrative that she has been living and embarks on a journey for her own self-actualization.
We've budgeted $500/week for the lead. All travel expenses out of the Metro-Detroit area will be covered.
