Hello my name is jimmy and im looking for a investor thats interested in real estate investing. Invest your money, and sit back and reek the benefits while ill do all the foot work for us.

Just as a disclaimer, im not looking to be a bird dog, im looking to be a partner on each deal that i find for us. Meaning if we buy/selling a house i would want my name on the contract along with yours, but you would own the higher percentage of the property..i only would like 20% of the profits if were selling or renting the house. And if were buying and holding a house i would like 20% ownership intrestin the property which you could buy me out anytime
