We are looking for an investor or silent partner to help us open a themed concept bar in Kenosha. We have our business plan with a good ROI for the individual who is able and willing to be part of this. We are looking to get this project started right away. The investment amount we are looking for is $750,000 with no more than an 8% interest rate with 5 year terms. If you wanted to come in as a silent partner we would be willing to give a 5% interest rate and 10% equity in the business.
