We are creating 4-5 person teams to complete projects that will pay $2K-6K in order to pool our combined money to purchase homes to fix and sell. We welcome all team members to a home with all the expenses paid (cable, Internet, electricity, and food). This will expand to multiple states... vacation homes we all jointly own. We are currently in North New Jersey, own a home in South Jersey that is currently on the market. This home can be used as another place for people to stay. Other homes to be purchased in Pennsylvania, Florida, etc. We will be starting multiple business involving anything from construction to clothing, etc. All the money and profits will be kept in a joint account and LLC with equal shares for everyone involved... Everything will be above board and legal contracts put in place.
