In search of a laborer that can custom paint caulk spackle repair minor plumbing leaks hang doors clean out rental properties rip out carpets install thermostat light fixtures hang and finish drywall. Pay would start at $10 per hour but can be renegotiated based on skill and quickness. I do property management for 150 properties and need someone who can work fast and accurately with no supervision. Payday is every Friday. Most work is in Wilmington.
