Looking for extra hands to assist with Production and Bottling for artisan beverage operation. We work out of a kitchen in Emeryville, use only the finest ingredients, and take exceptional care to ensure each bottle is of the highest quality and absolutely delicious.

Duties include but are not limited to:

-Measuring ingredients
-Recording recipes/steps
-Kitchen/Ingredient/Packaging prep
-Washing high volume of dishes
-Cleaning/Sanitization
-General kitchen production work
-Sterilizing + Bottling + Labeling
-Moving cases of finished product in to/out of refrigeration

Our schedule right now is Saturday + Sunday afternoons and Tuesday + Wednesday late afternoon/evenings. Could lead to more opportunities for the right individuals.

This is a great for someone who works well within a team, embraces the labor of love, and is passionate about artisanal products (coffee, especially). Those with homebrewing and/or winemaking skills are encouraged to get in touch!

Requirements:

Must be able to lift up to 50lbs
Must be able to stand for 8 hours a day and do repetitious tasks
