TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS
Must know level plumb and square and religiously pursue them
Must know how to properly prepare PVC pipe joints and weld them together NEATLY.
Ability to locate roof joists using a stud finder and to otherwise landmark on a roof
Ability to enter a jobsite and to leave it clean and neat AS YOU WORK
Demonstrate a knowledge of math which would indicate you understand how to lay out a job.
WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO
Need a labor sub contractor for a Solar Swimming pool heating job.
Last job with a helper took me 6 hours on the roof and 4 hours off the roof.
We were tested and out of there after 10 hours.
I am looking for someone to come in on a 1099, to sign a workmen's comp waiver, and to give me a solid number to provide all labor for the install. Our hands on lead installer will provide all measurements, materials on site, hardware, and expertise you need to succeed.
GROUND RULES
Show up on time. No smoking on the job site. Follow safety rules.
Expect your first job to take 10 to 12 hours
Read the install sheet, consult with the lead, and get her done: SAFELY.
You bring hand and power tools. I can provide safety gear which must be used
Must have PA HIC and Insurance cert with Liability, Vehicle insurance
Principals listed on insurance cert only on my site unless you provide comp cert
My budget is $400 per install. I have more if this works
