I am looking for someone to help me with everything from landscaping, grading and seeding, mowing, weeding, trimming, light construction, finishing, painting, etc. Basically, I am looking for someone motivated, hard working and dependable to work with me, or alone, and follow instruction. Must be punctual and willing to work hard early mornings on weekends (6:30 am sometimes). Pay will be commensurate with skill level. Amount of hours available will also depend on skill level. Initially, 6-12 hours a weekend. More hours possible over time.
