If you can't disassemble your system and you think it is going to be an expensive or time consuming repair, we offer pick-up and delivery service for just $39.99 (plus the cost of the repairs). How this works is, if your system requires in-house repairs and you cannot bring the system to us, we will come to you, pick up the system, bring it to our retail store, repair the system, bring it back to you and set it back up the way you had it. (This is particularly helpful for our less mobile clients) Ask for details
