Please don't take offense to this ad. I have created a system that creates skill tradesmen to do quality work here in Arizona where it is really lacking.
I am efficient in many trades. I have paid for schooling to learn what I know. I can solicit my self to companies and individuals for $35-$40 / hour and not have them feel like I'm ripping them off. I would like to take the time to teach skills to individuals who want to become good tradesmen and make this a career.
In the short term you might feel that it's not worth your time. In the long run, you will have skills that you can work for me and make a decent dollar or for anyone else.
I have had one person who has left me after a year and a half and went to Utah. He got hired for a company @$35/hour and recently gave me a call and said thanks for teaching me a lot of things I didn't know I didn't know.
What will you learn?
Carpentry: hanging doors, cabinets,framing, baseboards, door casing, crown molding
Flooring: laminate, engineered hardwood, hardwood, tile
Drywall: hanging, taping, Texture matching
Electrical: wiring, lighting, ceiling fans
Plumbing: changing out fixtures, disposals, shut off valves, soldering
Painting: interior, exterior, spraying, brushing, rolling, caulking
I will take the time to teach you for free. You receive knowledge, I get paid off of your efforts. Trust me... . I make a lot more off my own efforts than I would teaching you, so when I stop teaching which is about after a few days in a specific trade, I can work and start you at $10/hr. As you grow so will your pay. I expect to make $50-$100 off of your efforts each day. If you can produce $300 of work in a day, you will earn $200. You will learn how to do things the right way and groom you to be a good tradesman.
Did you know that a Flight attendants get trained for six weeks unpaid. I know cause I did it.
Everything is on the job training 1 on 1. Once you learn the fundamentals of certain skills I will be able to pay you. For some its days, and others its weeks. The more efficient you are the more you can make. If you can do a job by yourself with the tools, then I will be able to pay you a portion of the job or by the hour which averages out to about $20-$25/ hour. Sometimes you may make $30-$35/hr. Of course this is where the money is at. BUT REMEMBER FIRST OR MORE YOU WORK WITH NO PAY UNTIL I SEE YOUR WORTH!!!
My goal is to make a little off of your efforts, and continue to make a lot on my own efforts.
No one starts on the first day getting paid! Learn my system and we both will start making money.
