Baltimore-based real estate investment Company currently has an immediate opening for sales team members in our real estate investment division. This position will give the team member exposure to the vital operations of the company. Currently we are seeking a candidate to work 20-25 hours a week.
Key Responsibilities:
• Cold calling and soft calling leads lists provided
• Place marketing materials in select markets
• Consistent follow up with sellers and buyers
• Take Buyers Out To See Properties As Requested
• Schedule Appointments With Clients For Property Visits
• Take Pictures Of Investment Properties As Requested
• Follow Up With Sellers and Buyers After Viewings
• Write and Place Advertising On Internet Sites
• Attend Open Houses As Requested
• Door to door marketing
• Contract negotiation
Skills/Requirements:
Qualified candidates will have all of the following:
• Must have 1-2 years of experience in sales or real estate field
• Solid ability to analyze and assess problems arising during due diligence process
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Expert analytical skills, due diligence and problem solving abilities
• Excellent writing and presentation skills
• Strong business acumen and entrepreneurial outlook
• Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
• Ability to work independently
