About me:
Honest & responsible Male, sober, sane, hard working, very quite And all people/k-9/feline children friendly. I enjoy volunteering for pets, cooking, cleaning, arts, Spanish guitar practice, documentary films. I work in automotive industry and i am very handy around the house as well. I currently live in Georgetown and looking for another house to move into.
What I need:
* responsible housemate/s, who like to work hard to keep a clean/presentable living environment.
* clean mold free room in a house in South Park area. Will also consider Mother in law unit or a small apt.
* clean kitchen to do cooking and some fermenting.
* a Garage/storage shed to store my automotive repair/detailing tools.
* a quite place specially in the evenings, since I start work at 4: 30 A.M
I personally feel that shared living can be great in many ways, that is if, and only if all involved takes the issue seriously and willing to work at it. For example: If the bathroom or kitchen/living room is swept and moped every 3 days, then you have a clean and presentable place. I think it is a lot easier than one might think.
I am not in any rush to get out of the place I currently live at, but would like to find a place soon.
