This location is within easy walking/biking distance to parks, numerous fine restaurants, the Library, Tennis Court, Community Pools, Health Clinics, Dentists, Pharmacies, Schools, Churches, Theaters, Concerts, the Hospital, the Collage, local Boutiques, Auto Repair Shop and Parts Stores, Government Offices, Safeway, and near-by bus stop.

Right "Next Door" In Kahului are the Mall, the Beach and the Airport.

Share housing with one additional mellow, retired gentleman and assist an independent, intelligent, 56 year old mildly impaired but physically sound, patient, good humored male and his cat with minimal requirements. (We are all a bit nocturnal :-) )
Duties include: Washing small pre-rinsed dishes, supervising the clients' 1x monthly shopping, assist with weekly cleaning efforts and preparing One Meal once or twice Per Week.
(Leftovers are consumed with Grateful Enthusiasm!)
Wi-Fi, DSL Internet and Computer Tech Services are available!
(A computer for your own personal use is also a possibility!)
Work ~35 hours TOTAL PER MONTH and provide Minimal Transportation.
The Ideal Candidate should be Patient, have at least a general working knowledge of Neurological Damage, Mild Mental Illness and be Excellent Communicator! (Zero Tolerance for Unreturned Phone Calls, Emails or Unfulfilled Commitments!)
MUST HAVE a Valid Driver's License, current Birth Certificate, SS Card, Reliable Transportation and a Local (808) Phone Number!
Primarily; a ride is needed to Costco once a month, the occasional trip to get computer parts/hardware and to visit the Grand-kids in Kihei when convenient.
(Rides for medical appointments are NOT necessary.)
A thorough Background check and screening process is required as well as a live-in "No Fault" trial period to determine compatibility.
(Note: This is a Long-Term Commitment, NOT a Vacation Rental!)

Tobacco use IS acceptable on our Private, Well-Ventilated Lanai.
