QR Code Link to This Post We are offering one of the bedrooms in our home free of charge in exchange housekeeping and babysitting /nanny duties. We are also offering a small weekly stipend to the candidate who can make our family a priority. This position requires that you be available evenings after 6 PM and weekends. This position will require a candidate who can dedicate themselves to our family.

We have three children aged 7, 4, and 8 months. The 7 year old has ADHD and ODD. The available room is currently furnished with a queen size bed and lots of storage space. The house is a large 4 bedroom home with a fenced in yard. There is plenty of storage in the room as well as additional storage available in the basement.

The husband works from a home/office in the home and the wife runs a small business outside the home.

Certain housekeeping duties will also be part of the package. We do most of the cooking although the ideal candidate will be willing to contribute there as well as helping with household duties and sitting/nanny coverage.

Our preference is for a single female or single mother but we will consider a couple as well. A background check will also be required before you would actually move in. The right candidate must be willing to supply all relevant information for us to run the background check.

The candidate for this position MUST know how to properly care for a 8 month old infant.

Due to the children's allergies we cannot accommodate any pets and the candidate must be a non smoker.

This position requires that the candidate be a good communicator and be able to communicate with both the husband and the wife on a daily basis.
