I'm attending Burning Man at the end of August. I'm 41, this is my first Burning Man and I would like to participate by wearing some fabulous attire that is comfortable in the desert. I seek a talented bad ass designer to help purchase/create/build me a collection!
What I'm looking for: I am looking for someone familiar with burning man, talented, passionate and reliable. We are 6-7 weeks out from the Festival and I need someone who can execute. I have met a lot of creative people and I need someone with their act together who can be responsive, not just talented. Please contact me only if you are the real deal with real skills and/or training e.g., MICA. You can be a student that's fine. I am a great client, easy to work with, and talk to.
Pay is negotiable, however I am thinking $50/hour for your time or flat fee as you like. Separately I can furnish you with a budget for shopping/materials say $500 but flexible on that based on your feedback.
Finally, if it turns out you are really good, have the range and interested, I would also look to work with you as a personal image consultant/shopper for my business attire and weekend clothes.
