looking for Apt/house/mobile home in the Warren area if possible, 1-2 bedrooms, first (preferred)or second floor, heat and hot water included. We are a married couple on a fixed income and need to find a different Apartment with Heat included as this one we are in now is shared Oil tank(2 Apts) and you split the bill no matter how much or little oil you use.(we are second floor and heat is usually always on 65 yr round). looking for quiet neighborhood, we are very clean and tidy, keep to ourselves, hubby paints(Oils) and plays piano, keyboard, and pan flute, also we enjoy car rides,walks, hiking, biking, and being by the water.
