Looking for $ 10,000 loan to subdivide a 6.5 acre lot in Wasilla Creek Estates, 7361 Nangle St (Lot2, Blk.4, Wasilla Creek Estates, Palmer, AK 99645) into 3-4 lots and will sell (2) - 1 ac.+ lots, valued at aprox.
$50k per lot. The 10k loan will be paid back 10% plus $ 1000 when the second lots sells. These small lots are selling fast in the neighborhood and would expect them to sell by next summer. These have Wasilla Creek frontage and are on a quiet deadend road. The Alaska Moose Range is in the backyard and you are literally on the edge of wilderness.

I do currently have a 50k loan backed by 13 acres that this 6.5 is part of, which has to be paid from the sale of the first lot.
