We recently relocated back to Ohio. 2 adults who both work 2 little girls (6,3) and a newborn. We also have an old boxer who is well behaved. My fiance job relocated him back here and since have been staying at a family members house. We are looking for a 3 or more bed single home located in old brooklyn, parma or parma hts, n royalton. We can afford $850 a month and looking for someone who is willing to take payments on sec deposit. Moving back here drained us and we just had our son 6 weeks early so we were not prepared lol. We can also do repairs or cleaning/painting in exchange towards deposit. Looking to move in this month. Not druggies alcoholics or bums. We are a growing family that take care of our home and dont bother landlord with small repairs or issues. We take pride in our home.
